Maybe it felt like your boundaries weren't respected.
That makes a lot of sense.

A focused tech company
with a clear mission.

Mikimind is an independent software company dedicated to building mobile applications that serve real human needs. We're builders focused on creating meaningful products, driven by the belief that great technology should improve lives.

We move carefully. Every product we release is the result of deep thinking about the problem it solves, the people it serves, and the way it fits into their lives. We are builders, thinkers, and makers.

Purposeful Design

We build tools with intention — not to accumulate features, but to solve specific, meaningful problems.

🔒

Privacy First

User data is sacred. We architect our applications from the ground up to respect personal privacy.

🌱

Long-term Thinking

We're building for people, not metrics. We prioritize impact and quality over growth at all costs.

Dialogram

A private, personal space for self-conversation. Write to yourself. Think through your thoughts. No audience, no likes — just you and the clarity that comes from putting words to your inner world.

In Development

Your mind,
in dialogue.

Dialogram is a chat-style journaling app built for self-talk. It gives your internal voice a format — the familiar, low-friction interface of a chat — but turns the conversation inward. No other person. Just you, talking to yourself, finally.

Private by design — your conversations stay on your device
Chat-style interface for natural, flowing self-expression
No accounts, no social features, no distractions
Reflective prompts to guide self-exploration

I've been feeling off lately and I can't figure out why.
What does "off" feel like exactly? Try to describe it.
Like I'm going through the motions but not really present.
When did that start? Was there a moment or did it creep in?
Honestly... after I stopped setting goals. Maybe I need a direction.

Mikimind ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with our mobile applications, including Dialogram.

1. Information We Collect

Dialogram is designed with privacy as a core principle. The application does not require account creation and does not transmit personal data to our servers. All content you create within the app — including journal entries, notes, and self-conversations — is stored locally on your device.

We may collect limited, anonymous analytics data to improve application performance, such as:

  • Crash reports and error logs (non-personal)
  • General usage statistics (e.g., app open frequency, not content)
  • Device type and operating system version

2. How We Use Information

Any anonymous analytics data we collect is used solely to:

  • Diagnose and fix technical issues
  • Understand general usage patterns to improve our products
  • Ensure compatibility with various devices and OS versions

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your personal content (journal entries, conversations) is stored exclusively on your device and is never uploaded to any server controlled by Mikimind or any third party. We do not have access to the content you create within our applications.

4. Third-Party Services

Our applications may use third-party services (such as Google Play Services or crash reporting tools) that operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services integrated within our apps.

5. Children's Privacy

Our applications are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided personal information through our services, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
